Privacy Policy

Forvalt (“we”, “us”) provides an AI assistant that helps boarding house, apartment, and dorm owners in the Philippines manage tenant communication. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We keep it short and plain because we collect little.
What we collect
- Waitlist phone number. If you join the waitlist, we store the mobile number you submit so we can notify you when Forvalt is available in your area.
- Messages you send. When you use the live demo on this site, or when you message Forvalt through this website, Email, SMS, or Facebook Messenger, we process the content of those messages so the assistant can read and reply to them.
- Tenant records (entered by property owners). Owners who use the Forvalt dashboard store their tenants’ details — such as name, unit, contact number or email, rent, due date, and balance — so the assistant can send reminders and messages on the owner’s behalf.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our server temporarily records request information (such as IP address) to keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
Owner dashboard passwords are stored only as secured one-way hashes, never in plain text. We do not store payment card numbers or government IDs.
How we use it
- To reply to your messages and provide the assistant’s service.
- To contact you about Forvalt’s availability if you joined the waitlist.
- To protect the service against spam and abuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Third parties that help run Forvalt
To operate the assistant, your messages are processed by a small number of trusted service providers:
- Anthropic — provides the AI model that reads and replies to messages. Message content is sent to Anthropic to generate a response.
- Meta (Facebook Messenger) — if you contact us through Messenger, your messages pass through Meta’s platform under their own policies.
- Google (Gmail) — email to and from Forvalt is handled through Google’s Gmail service. Google Fonts are also loaded on our pages.
- Semaphore — our SMS gateway. When a text message is sent (such as a rent reminder), the recipient’s mobile number and the message content are processed by Semaphore to deliver it.
- ElevenLabs — powers the assistant’s voice features. When you use voice, the audio and the reply text are processed by ElevenLabs.
- Cloudflare — provides the Turnstile human-check on our login, which receives your IP address to verify the request.
- Hosting provider — Forvalt runs on a secured private server provided by our hosting company.
How we store and protect it
Your information is stored in a database on a secured private server. Access is restricted, secret keys are never shared, and the connection to this site is encrypted (HTTPS). We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Your choices
You can ask us to see or delete the information we hold about you at any time. To remove your waitlist number or request deletion of your messages, just email us and we will take care of it. For step-by-step instructions, see our Data Deletion page.
Children
Forvalt is intended for property owners and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Forvalt after a change means you accept the updated policy.
