Data Deletion
Last updated: 6 July 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data that Forvalt (“we”, “us”) holds about you — including data from conversations with our assistant on Facebook Messenger, email, SMS, or this website. Forvalt is operated by Forvalt Information Technology Services (Echague, Isabela, Philippines).
What we may hold about you
- Messages you sent to our assistant through Facebook Messenger, email, SMS, or the demo on this site.
- Contact details you shared with us, such as a mobile number, email address, or your Facebook name.
- Waitlist number, if you joined our waitlist.
- Tenant records, if a property owner who uses Forvalt added you as their tenant (for example your name, unit, contact details, and billing reminders).
How to request deletion
- Email us at forvalt.ph@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Tell us the mobile number, email address, or Facebook name you used, so we can find your records.
- Or simply message “Delete my data” to the Forvalt Page on Facebook Messenger, and we will take it from there.
If you used Facebook Messenger
You can also remove Forvalt’s access inside Facebook: open Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find Forvalt, and choose Remove. Removing access stops any future data sharing, but it does not erase the data we already hold — to erase that too, send us a deletion request using either step above.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours.
- We may ask you to confirm the request from the same email address, phone number, or Facebook account, so that no one else can delete your data.
- We will delete your data within 30 days and send you a confirmation once it is done.
- If your records were entered by your landlord or property owner as part of their account, we will coordinate your request with them, unless the law requires the records to be kept.
- We may retain the minimum information required by law or needed to prevent fraud and abuse; anything retained stays protected under our Privacy Policy.
